Lyrebird Health Lyrebird is a fast-growing health-tech company on a mission to reinvent clinical workflows. Our AI-powered platform plugs into General Practice, Allied Health, and Specialist clinics automating admin, streamlining documentation, and saving clinicians over 2 hours a day — freeing them to deliver a level of care that was previously out of reach. The Role We're scaling fast - and we’re looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Rep to help accelerate our growth across Australian SMB clinics. You’ll own the full sales cycle. From first contact to close. Engaging with General Practices, Allied Health, and Specialist clinics. Supported by a collaborative Go-To-Market team, including User Onboarding experts who help bring the product to life, you’ll qualify leads, tailor your pitch to different clinic roles, and convert interest into loyal customers. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where speed matters. You’ll work closely with Marketing to sharpen outbound campaigns, and with Customer Success to ensure clinics have a seamless onboarding experience. In short? Epic. About You What You’ll Do Own and run the end-to-end sales process for small and medium-sized clinics Leverage inbound interest and targeted outbound to engage clinic stakeholders Collaborate with Product Specialists to deliver tailored demos when needed Translate Lyrebird’s value into tangible outcomes for practice managers and clinicians Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) Partner cross-functionally to improve sales processes, feedback loops, and messaging What You’ll Bring 2 years of success in SMB sales in a high-growth SaaS start-up/scale-up Strong closer with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tailor messaging for different roles Self-starter attitude with the discipline to operate independently Comfortable navigating sales tech (e.g., HubSpot, Loom, Slack) Bonus: healthcare industry experience and/or experience selling to clinics or healthcare professionals Why Lyrebird Do work that matters.
