ROLE IN A NUTSHELL As the Graphic Designer, you will work with a globally recognised, iconic brand to drive brand growth and support trade commercial outcomes with our Marketing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering all creative assets required across all channels of the license group brands. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Understand brand identity & deliver consistently to the brand guidelines Web creative and asset management Design & create assets for a range of communication collateral, including social, paid, email and web, print & packaging. Create & design POS Signage, instore communication & promotional material for across all owned & wholesale channels. Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure cohesion of design & alignment with seasonal creativity. Manage creative workflow to juggle multiple projects and deliver on brief, on time Participate in the creative development of how we will execute campaigns across channels’ Drive efficiency improvements through the utilisation of AI, developing templates and evergreen creative guidelines for all outputs Execute best practice design that is fit for purpose Support with content creation where required Work to elevate the web experience by utilising design technique in web design to improve UX Support postproduction photographic campaigns including grading, retouching and finished output images. Assist on design projects as required such as working on vertical branding and packaging. Innovating & proactively elevating the look & feel of the brand keeping across design trends & competitive analysis ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will come with 3 years in graphic design, preferably in retail, fashion, sport, performance or consumer goods.
