What The Day Will Look Like Your day will be busy adopting a client centric approach, which will be the key to your success! Responsibilities Respond to and triage inbound warm leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, digital channels and existing client networks. Qualify prospects and identify suitable insurance solutions in line with client needs and business appetite. Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner to maximise conversion rates. Maintain accurate records of lead status, client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools. Ensure all advice and transactions meet compliance requirements, including record-keeping and disclosure obligations. Assist with the preparation of quotes, proposal and policy documentation in line with internal processes. Support cross-selling and upselling initiatives within existing portfolios. Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders where required. Act as a key contact for client queries, renewals, policy changes and coverage advice. Provide a high standard of service and professional advice throughout the sales process and policy lifecycle.
