What is the role? Comprehensive and strategic diary management; Managing the GM’s inbox and action or address appropriate email. Flag high priority and important emails; B ook and coordinate all necessary domestic and international travel for the SLT; Prepare meeting agenda’s and attend all SLT meetings, take notes and circulate action points; Prepare presentations and materials for meetings. Review and draft reports and other documents; Manage internal and external communication, host visiting clients and international colleagues; Manage expense reports and assist with budget management; and Assist with broader administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the office. Proven experience providing EA support to multiple senior leaders; A versatile individual who is able to wear multiple hats!; Meticulous eye for detail and ability to work with minimal margin for error; Proactive problem solver who looks to remain a step ahead; and Superior communication skills with the ability to tactfully influence.
