This is a fast-paced position, working closely with a supportive team, ideal for someone with a proven background in blue-collar recruitment looking to grow within their career. Key Responsibilities Proactively source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies Conducting initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Facilitate interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify role requirements and team fit Perform thorough reference checks before job placements to ensure high standards. Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates post-placement to monitor satisfaction and retention. Desired Skills and Abilities: Previous experience as a recruitment consultant in an agency environment. Positive friendly attitude Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
