About the Role As Senior Associate, you will advise on the full spectrum of employment and workplace law. The role includes drafting contracts and policies, managing workplace disputes, advising on enterprise bargaining, and representing clients before courts and tribunals. You’ll also contribute to strategy on restructures, investigations and industrial disputes, working closely with clients in education, health, infrastructure and government. This is a key leadership role offering client ownership, team mentoring, and visibility across firm strategy.
