What we're looking for: A passion for Employment Law and a minimum of 12 months of legal experience in Employment law. Strong advisory experience; litigation and advocacy exposure highly regarded. Background in private practice essential; in-house experience within courts/commissions, employer associations, or government also valued. Ability to perform under pressure while delivering top-tier service. A collaborative mindset paired with the confidence to work independently when needed. High attention to detail, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. Experience and an interest in workplace health and safety would also be well regarded.
