About the Role As Senior Associate, you will play a key leadership role in complex restructuring and insolvency matters across a wide range of sectors. You will work on voluntary administrations, receiverships, DOCA proposals, liquidations, distressed acquisitions and enforcement actions. The role includes managing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers and collaborating with litigation, finance and corporate specialists on multifaceted transactions and disputes. You will be part of a dynamic and cohesive team with strong referral networks and a deep bench of restructuring expertise.
