Latitude Recruitment is proud to partner with Kerang District Health in the search for a Quality and Risk Manager to join their senior leadership team. This is a senior management role reporting directly to the CEO, offering the opportunity to make a strategic impact in a progressive rural health service. As the Quality and Risk Manager, you will lead the ongoing development and implementation of quality improvement and clinical governance frameworks. You will play a vital role in maintaining accreditation, driving a culture of safety and accountability, ensuring legislative compliance, and enhancing consumer engagement across the organisation. This is a part-time position (0.8 FTE) with flexibility for the right candidate.
