Description DP World is seeking a Senior Manager Marketing to join the Commercial Logistics team based in West Melbourne, VIC. In this role, you will lead the strategic marketing vision across the cluster to drive growth while enhancing brand and product visibility. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Commercial Leadership, Sales, Product, and Communications to ensure marketing initiatives are fully aligned with business objectives. Additionally, you will work with external agencies, vendors, and industry partners to deliver impactful campaigns that support ambitious commercial goals. This role is key to shaping DP World’s market presence and driving customer engagement across Oceania and APAC. We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute regional marketing strategies, collaborating cross-functionally to align marketing with business goals, customer segmentation, and crisis management. Develop and manage high-impact brand, digital, and product marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency, vertical relevance, and strong lead generation across multiple channels. Oversee partnerships with agencies, vendors, and event partners to deliver quality marketing assets, presentations, and events on time and within budget. Drive data-driven marketing performance through CRM oversight, marketing automation, and continuous campaign optimization to improve lead quality, conversion, and ROI. Foster collaboration and inclusivity while embracing innovation, adaptability, and continuous development aligned with DP World’s core principles. Prioritise customers by building lasting relationships, anticipating needs, and maintaining ownership to drive mutual commercial success. Qualifications, Skills and Experience required: Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Logistics, or a related field. 8–10 year’s experience leading marketing within logistics or freight forwarding sectors. Proven success in managing B2B marketing strategies, product launches, and campaigns. Strong expertise in CRM, digital marketing strategy, and brand positioning. Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and aligning marketing with business objectives. Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
