Description As our Community Engagement Officer, you’ll be the friendly face and voice behind our outreach efforts. From buzzing community events to scroll-stopping social media, you’ll help bring TIO’s services to life, making them more accessible, inclusive, and engaging for everyone. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating community events, webinars, and outreach activities (yes, there’s travel and yes, it’s fun!) Creating engaging outreach social media content and managing online communities Supporting digital outreach and building partnerships that matter Managing event logistics, from venues to merch Writing, editing, and proofreading content for diverse audiences Assisting with campaign planning, reporting and marketing insights Contributing to publications, web content and awareness campaigns Skills And Experiences What You Bring 2 years in customer service, events, or community outreach A natural connector with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of an organization Social media savvy and confident with digital tools Comfortable with platforms like Dynamics 365, Canva, Zoom, and Office 365 A flair for plain language and communicating with clarity and heart A proactive, can-do attitude and a love for making things happen Bonus points if you’ve got a qualification in Community Services or a related field!
