The Opportunity: The Delivery & Installation team in Sydney, NSW look after our growing customer base Sydney-wide. Our aim is to achieve the ultimate in quality, service, and customer satisfaction, and we know that means looking after you behind the scenes too. We currently have a position for an Offsider (Delivery & Installation Assistant ) to be based in Eastern Creek . Your Key Responsibilities: Delivering and installing appliances Monday to Friday from 06:30am - 03:00pm, with overtime available Receiving and loading orders onto the delivery truck and unloading of goods Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers From time to time, you may also be supporting the workshop and warehouse Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety Work closely with logistics teams, schedulers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations. About You: Similar experience in a driver delivery role but we'll provide training to the right person A clean and valid MR/ HR Driver's License would be an advantage Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Sydney Provide premium customer service Strong communication skills Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature What Next?
