Lead large-scale research and development projects while coordinating teams and external researchers. Evaluate R&D performance, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and measurable impact on strategic objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-priority R&D targets and align R&D focus with organizational needs. Advise leadership on emerging innovations and viable R&D opportunities to inform strategic decision-making. Monitor industry trends and technological advancements, assessing their business relevance and proposing adaptive strategies. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading research and development initiatives with a focus on technology innovation and business strategy Excellent communication skills and staff supervision experience are essential Strong ability to define and manage R&D strategies and translate research insights into actionable plans that drive business development A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
