Liverpool Early Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Worker to join our team and contribute to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Our centre is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education that supports each child’s growth, curiosity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Assist in setting up age-appropriate learning and play materials to support children’s development Support positive behaviour strategies and encourage social interaction and emotional well-being Plan and lead engaging educational and play-based activities Foster creativity and imagination through stories, music, and interactive play Ensure active supervision and safety during indoor and outdoor activities Maintain consistent daily routines, including rest, play, and meals Encourage and assist children with hygiene practices, including handwashing and toileting Requirements: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a relevant degree in a related field. Graduate Diploma in ECT preferred At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in an early childhood education setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
