About the role The role of the Marketing & Communications Specialist supports the Marketing and Communications team by contributing to the day-to-day activities of all Marketing and Communication initiatives for Guide Dogs SA/NT and Beau’s Pet Hotel, including; Provide support to the Marketing Manager in day-to-day activities as required. Produce and proof copywriting for collateral, eDMs, newsletters, blogs and other communications as required. Write internal and external corporate communications, speech and key corporate messaging across all levels, with an ability to support senior stakeholders. Coordinate and support PR related activities as well as direct fundraising activities that encourage the general public to support Guide Dogs SA/NT. Develop, implement and support direct fundraising activities that encourage the general public to support Guide Dogs SA/NT through relevant fundraising channels. About you You love variety and working in a fast-paced team environment. You have sound experience with copywriting, PR, content development and a dash of fundraising, including the ability to switch language to suit your target audience. With your additional love of being organised and collaboration you develop key messaging and can deliver to deadlines seamlessly. You possess relevant qualifications as outlined in the position description, and of course you love dogs! Relevant Employment Clearances will be required.
