We have an exciting opportunity for a Line Marking Forman/Operator to join our team based in McGraths hill. Day to day you will: Supporting the team in the delivery of line marking works Operate line marking truck and or Push Plant ensuring high quality workmanship is achieved to meet and exceed client’s specifications and expectations Complying with company policies and procedures Working Safely and efficiently Reporting and monitoring of workplace hazards, risks and incidents Build strong fundamental skills within the team Drive project delivery outcomes How you’ll connect to the role? We're looking for candidates who have Linemarking /industry experience or a desire to learn and progress in a new leadership role. Candidates will need to have: White card Active Drivers Licence C Class (HR is desirable) Roadwork experience Willingness/drive to learn Possess a strong commitment to safety Prepared to work overtime and Night works as required Prepared to work/stay away from home throughout Australia Good communication skills Traffic Management ticket Ability to train and develop new team members Communicate clearly and timely with management to ensure works are planned and resourced accordingly Ensure QA records are maintained, and daily reports are completed on time with accuracy Monitor and review productivities, allowances, and crew / machine hours Monitor and report workplace hazards, risks, issues, and incidents Lead daily toolboxes and take responsibility for SWMS Ensure Mobile Plant is inducted, fit for purpose and pre-starts are completed Adhere to company policies and procedures The pre-employment process will include a medical check, including drug and alcohol screening.
