As a Junior IT Systems Analyst, you will analyse, design, develop, test, implement and enhance IT systems and applications. You’ll collaborate with business areas, end users and vendors to assess and assure the suitability of IT systems or applications. Working closely with technical teams and business areas you will resolve issues, and ensure applications are stable, and performing as intended. You’ll also guide users on how to effectively use these systems. You’ll help build team capabilities by mentoring and supporting less experienced staff. Additionally, you will participate in critical planning, coordinating and delivery of initiatives and projects that contribute to key outcomes for the agency. These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Penrith, Sydney CBD or Wollongong.
