Conveniently located with access to public transport and ample off-street parking, the site offers a supportive, inclusive workplace culture and an experienced, approachable team. About the Role Reporting to the State Operations Manager , this leadership position will see you take full ownership of daily operations at the site. You'll be responsible for guiding your team to achieve high-quality repair outcomes, strong performance results, and a safe, positive working environment. Key Responsibilities Workshop Operations : Manage production schedules, workflows, and repair standards to ensure vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition and productivity targets are met. Quality, Quoting & Parts : Ensure all quotes are accurate, parts are managed efficiently, and repair quality meets or exceeds expectations. Customer Service : Deliver professional, friendly service and maintain strong relationships with clients and work providers. Financial Performance : Manage budgets, track KPIs, review job costings, and ensure profitability of the site. Team Leadership : Lead, develop, and support team members to build a high-performing, collaborative work culture. Workplace Health & Safety : Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to WHS procedures and actively managing risks and incidents. About You We’re looking for a confident and experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
