We are looking for a head chef to run our kitchen. You will be responsible for developing our full seasonal a la carte menu, designed to complement our extensive wine and beer menu. You will have strong experience in stock control and costings.
You'll be dependable, have a true love of food, have highest food hygiene standards, work well under pressure, work autonomously, and have a fun, easy-going personality. You will be part of a small team to manage and train.
We are looking for a head chef for 38 hours a week, Tuesday to Saturday. You will need to work days and nights every Tuesday - Saturday.

- REAL work experience of 3 years + in service essential
- Experience at peak service times
- Full knowledge of food safety, cleanliness & maintenance requirements
