Job Title: Barback / Glassware Support
Description: Responsible for collecting and cleaning glassware, restocking supplies, and supporting bartenders to ensure smooth bar operations.
Responsibilties:
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Collecting all the empty glasses and bottles from the customers' tables and returning them to the bar in a timely fashion.
- Clearing dirty plates and cutlery from customers' tables and returning them to kitchen dish areas.
- Making sure that bartenders have everything they need (like glasses, garnishes, stocked fridges, changing kegs) at all times.
- Loading glasswashers and polishing glassware
- Restocking glassware on the bar
- Sweeping/Mopping spillages and breakages on the floor
- Wiping down tables and the bar
- Refilling ice wells
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the hotel
Entry level position that with the right attitude can open up to a bartending role in the future.
