We’re looking for a commercially minded In-House Lawyer (2–5 years PQE) to join our close-knit legal team and work directly with our General Counsel & Company Secretary. This is your chance to step away from billable hours and apply your expertise to high-impact, varied work in a supportive and fast-paced environment. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts (construction, tech, leasing & more) Advise on leasing, consumer law, WHS, employment, data protection (including GDPR), IP Assist with Board meeting prep, ASIC lodgements, and Company Secretariat support Help manage contracts and develop legal templates for AU & NZ teams Qualifications: 2–5 years PQE (in-house experience preferred) Strong communication and a pragmatic, commercial approach Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently High energy, adaptable, solutions-focused and team-oriented Why Join Us?
