Provide on-going attention to the completion of client work for a variety of business and investment structures including: • bookkeeping duties; • preparation of Financial Statements; • preparation of Income Tax Returns; • preparation of Business Activity Statements; • reconciliations, journal entries and workpaper preparation. • Various client administrative tasks including: • processing of tax assessments and preparation of correspondence; • corporate secretarial work; • spreadsheet analysis; • completing correspondence to clients and other external parties including the Australian Taxation Office and ASIC; • other administrative tasks including filing, faxing and archiving. • Keeping up-to-date with technical competencies, including: • Participating in internal and external technical training sessions; • Maintaining necessary qualifications and undertaking professional development as required.
