About the Position This is a hands-on leadership role where no 2 days are the same, ideal for someone passionate about hospitality and creating unique experiences for guests. As the Café Operations Manager, you'll oversee front-of-house service, daily operations, and a marketing portfolio that connects the venue with the wider community. With a salary of $90-100K and fully self-contained accommodation included, this is a lifestyle-focused role that allows you to lead with purpose in one of regional NSW's most scenic locations.
