Collect and evaluate underwriting information to understand clients' risk profiles and foresee their insurance needs. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters to ensure mutual satisfaction and business growth. Provide Risk Management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge Deliver outstanding and efficient service to all clients Support and drive new business opportunities, develop client networks Stay informed on industry/market trends Maintaining strong relationship with insurers, clients and colleagues. About You: Tier 1 in insurance broking A solid foundation in the insurance industry, with practical broking experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues. A drive for continuous learning, development, and embracing new challenges. Flexibility to adapt to different areas within insurance, whether you’re experienced in one area or keen to broaden your skill set.
