About Adobe.pub In March 2023, Publicis Media won the Adobe business for Europe, APAC, and Japan. We established the Adobe.pub team within Zenith Global to serve as an extension of Adobe's marketing team, covering strategy, media planning, activation, and reporting across APAC markets. The Transformation You Will Experience REPORTING TO: APAC Client Lead The APAC Analytics Director will lead analytic insights and strategic thinking for the Adobe.pub account. You will be the main client contact for media strategy and performance, providing data-driven recommendations and ensuring continuous testing and learning to meet media objectives. The role requires strategic and tactical acumen, proficiency with digital media, and a proven track record in data analysis and client service. Your Responsibilities Utilize data to optimize media performance and inform planning strategies. Implement test & learn initiatives to enhance campaign outcomes. Analyze key touchpoints to drive business decisions and optimize media, creative, and site strategies. Recommend and utilize multi-touch attribution models. Conduct analyses including campaign projections, customer segmentation, retention, lifetime value, and market research. Perform ongoing campaign analysis for performance optimization. Develop measurement systems and track success against client goals. Build knowledge on media, technology, and strategy to inform future decisions. Manage data sources, tracking solutions, and relevant technologies. Coordinate measurement system projects and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Profile Approximately 8 years of analytics experience in marketing sciences at a media agency. Experience with B2C/B2B digital campaign measurement and optimization. Strong storytelling with data, clarity, and simplicity. Ability to build trust with clients and colleagues. Knowledge of syndicated media research systems (e.g., Nielsen, GWI). Experience analyzing large datasets and applying statistical techniques. Proficiency with analytical tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Python, etc. Mandatory experience with Adobe Analytics.
