Acadia provides relocation assistance to successful candidates. Responsibilities During training, CFO in training will focus on developing skills and responsibilities such as: Monitoring and controlling accounts receivables. Overseeing Business Office functions to meet cash collection goals and ensure accurate revenue reporting. Improving hospital profitability by monitoring costs related to patient volume and staffing. Developing and enforcing policies within accounting principles and guidelines to ensure cash flow, reduce costs, and increase revenues. Preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and analyses. Providing reconciliations and account analyses to support various departments and auditors. Collaborating with management to prepare annual budgets, review financial results, and identify future needs and trends. Qualifications Minimum requirements include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred. Experience in healthcare setting preferred. Experience in healthcare finance and accounting, including AP/AR, payroll, and general accounting.
