The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for project's outcome. The Chief Operating Officer seeks to maximize a product's value by managing and optimizing the product backlog. The Chief Operating Officer is responsible of project roadmaps and making sure we are on the track in every project. The Chief Operating Officer will work closely with product team and partners to make sure we can deliver the product in timely manner. The Chief Operating Officer is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the daily administration and operational functions of Envision Digital Pty Ltd. The Chief Operating Officer will work directly under the Managing Director. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee the manufacturing, processes, sales and personnel matters of Envision Digital Pty Ltd. Major Responsibilities Responsible for Project Management in the business via Jira Responsible for effectively managing Jira Roadmaps, budgets vs actuals Responsible for Cyber Security across the business Responsible for business continuity Responsible for managing staff and timeframes being met in projects Responsible for ensuring the Product Development Team comply with international standards at all times Accountable for achieving and maintaining ISO9001 Quality and ISO27001 Security Accountable for minimising downtime Assists in enhancing products that fill a niche in the market or allow their clients to remain competitive Helps in determining product specifications according to a number of various factors and uses Submits proposals and designs for evaluation by the project team and management before moving to the next stage Communicates with partners and clients Collaborates on marketing initiatives and strategies to direct the company toward growth Motivates the company and employees to enhance client satisfaction and retention Overseeing the implementation of occupational health and safety standard Essential Criteria Familiar with an Agile Software Development Framework Works well within a team Creative and innovative thinking skills Problem-solving skills High-level communication skills and influencing abilities. Ability to explain the complexities in processes and the reasoning behind decisions to staff and other executives Ability to use interpersonal skills to resolve issues, build relationships with stakeholders, and help with conflict resolution.
