Job Description Are you an experienced Small Motor Mechanic or LV Mechanic and keen to work on Agricultural equipment within a workshop for a reputable dealer? Here is your chance! We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanic to join our clients' Service Department based in Belmont. This role is on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Asap start. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective servicing of all agricultural equipment scheduled for service, developing and maintaining a highly professional standard to all service tasks performed, and providing quality services to specified benchmark standards within defined timelines for completion. Key Responsibilities: Provide efficient and effective warranty servicing of recently purchased equipment Service customer requested repairs & services Assemble new machines according to defined benchmark standards Maximize productivity and quality output of all tasks performed Demonstrate initiative and effective problem-solving skills Establish personal work goals and continually progress towards these objectives Adhere to Occupational Safety & Health practices Complete quarterly self-evaluation appraisals Participate in bi-annual performance evaluations Actively participate in team meetings and OS&H meetings Meet organizational expectations and requirements while addressing the needs & expectations of the service department leader/manager To be successful: Perform all work diligently & in a professional manner Able to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen Australian citizen or permanent resident Australian recognised mechanical trade certificate (small motor mechanical repairs highly desirable) Police clearance Hold a current valid WA drivers licence Have a positive and can do attitude and a team player If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering high-quality service, we encourage you to apply for this position.
