About the role and where you will be working: This is a fixed term contract until December 2025. This position is based at our Central Office in Rivervale, Western Australia, with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days per week. In this role, you’ll support the optimisation of our Epicor enterprise system, with a focus on enhancing modules across Finance, Procurement, and CRM. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver meaningful system and process improvements that align with SCCWA’s values and mission. Your responsibilities will include: Leading Epicor system enhancements, ensuring new functionality aligns with business needs. You’ll work across key modules—particularly Finance, Procurement, and CRM—to deliver improvements that support efficient and effective operations. Reviewing and mapping current business processes to identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and optimisation. You’ll ensure proposed changes are supported by system capabilities and aligned with organisational objectives. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements. You’ll also assist with change enablement activities such as communication, training, and end-user support. Supporting quality assurance and data integrity, including the development and execution of test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of SQL-based reporting, dashboards, and extracts. Maintaining compliance and documentation by ensuring adherence to data governance, privacy standards, and internal reporting requirements. You’ll also promote a safe and values-driven workplace culture in line with SCCWA’s standards. About you: You are a problem-solver who thrives on enabling technology to support better business outcomes. With strong technical knowledge of Epicor and a deep understanding of business processes, you bring both strategic insight and hands-on expertise. You’re collaborative, action-oriented, and driven to make an impact through continuous improvement. To be considered for this role you’ll need: Experience working with Epicor ERP, particularly in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules. Strong understanding of business process design and optimisation. Proficiency in SQL for reporting, data extraction, and validation. Familiarity with system integration, API usage, and data mapping Ability to liaise effectively with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
