Property Network of Australia is seeking an Asset Auditor to support a short-term project on-site at a major hospital, working for a well-regarded organisation specialising in asset auditing and facilities data accuracy. This role is looking to start in early July 2025. This opportunity is ideal for a professional with previous or current experience in asset auditing, facilities inspections OR someone with an ability to read floor plans and a tertiary qualification in engineering, property or surveying related field. The role is a compliance-based asset validation within a campus, healthcare or complex infrastructure environment. This is an on-site contract role for 3 months with the potential for extension on other assignments and offers immediate commencement and free on-site parking. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct detailed audits of physical assets across a large hospital, including plant rooms and building services infrastructure. Record, tag and document all equipment using iPads and digital asset platforms. Update the Asset Register with accurate condition data and photographic evidence. Read and interpret floor plans to identify undocumented or legacy assets Liaise with on-site facilities teams to validate data and ensure compliance with institutional standards. The ideal candidate will have: Ideal but not essential - prior experience in asset auditing, technical inspections or facilities management. Ideal but not essential - knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and plant room operations. Proficiency using iPads and digital asset management tools. The ability to read and interpret floor plans or similar diagrams. A high level of attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
