We are seeking a reliable and skilled Excavator Operator with detailing skills to join our client's dynamic team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in earthworks, shoring, piling, and demolition projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. About The Role Operate excavator (20T-36T) safely and efficiently for various earthworks and demolition tasks. Support site preparation and cleanup efforts as part of remediation initiatives. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met. Perform general site maintenance and clean-up duties as needed. Ensure equipment is handled properly and maintained in good working condition. About You Proven experience as an Excavator Operator in civil construction, especially bulk and detailed excavation. Strong familiarity with earthworks, shoring, piling, and remediation techniques. Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and effectively. Strong physical stamina and the capability to lift heavy materials. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
