About the Role This full-time Supervisor position will see you overseeing multiple new housing projects (10-16) across Brisbane’s North Side. Responsibilities: Supervise the construction of multiple investment housing projects Coordinate trades, suppliers, and materials with strong trade management skills. Maintain project timelines using Onsite Companion (proficiency required) Perform thorough quality control inspections and complete QA reporting Ensure projects are delivered to high standards, on time and within budget Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Supervisor in residential housing for a Volume Homes Builder or similar. Valid QBCC Supervisor license Background in carpentry or similar trade (highly regarded) Demonstrated ability in trade management and site coordination Solid understanding of quality control procedures and standards Proficiency in Onsite Companion software is essential Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided) Benefits: Competitive salary: $130,000 – $150,000 Super Fully maintained company vehicle A long-term opportunity with a reputable and forward-thinking builder Strong project pipeline in North Brisbane and surrounding areas Supportive, hands-on leadership team A workplace that values quality, teamwork, and professional development.
