Based at our therapy centre, you’ll also work across various sites to support clients’ health, wellbeing, and rehabilitation needs. Key Responsibilities: Assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs. Develop and implement personalised, evidence-based treatment plans. Support independence in daily activities through therapy and assistive solutions. Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals for holistic care. Document clinical work accurately and participate in team meetings and training. Work alongside a large allied health team across two campuses, contributing to community-focused care. Skills & Requirements: Qualification as a Occupational Therapist. General AHPRA Registration. Experience in residential aged care or home and community. One-two successful references.
