Description Opportunity Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for executing the Leukaemia Foundation and the World’s Greatest Shave social media strategy using contemporary service-focused social media skills. From creating scroll-stopping content, appearing in our viral TikTok videos and collaborating with Ambassadors, to briefing patients on how to supply content, this role is creative and perfect for a marketing professional with around 2 years experience who wants to execute a data-driven social media strategy. Our social media content reaches millions, and our posts help more than 150,000 people currently living with blood cancer in Australia. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our ESA Village location in Dutton Park, Brisbane. Leukaemia Foundation adopts a hybrid working model, therefore if you have a suitable home workstation you will have the flexibility to work from home two days a week. In this role you will be expected to contribute towards: Increase the reach and reputation of the Leukaemia Foundation and World's Greatest Shave brand across all their social media platforms. Consistently develop socially relevant and suitable content to deliver the Leukaemia Foundation voice and on-brand experience across all social media channels Establish strong working relationships with other Leukaemia Foundation employees Position the Leukaemia Foundation as the trusted blood cancer authority among our social media users in Australia Management of the standards that support Our People to use social media safely and develop new ways of helping them to become brand advocates on social media. Regular reporting tasks that provide key personnel within a stakeholder-centric organisation a chance to see impact and ROI Keep up to date with emerging technologies and platforms and ensure social media strategies and tactics remain relevant and effective.
