About the Opportunity As the custodian of HOPE’s brand and identity the Communications and Brand team is responsible for: Oversight of all marketing activities Creating and executing or providing quality advice on the creation and execution of, media engagement opportunities. Supporting progress of HOPE’s social policy agenda. Enabling quality communications to all stakeholders. Leading the stakeholder engagement strategy and providing effective stakeholder engagement processes. The team is located in the Perth office. The team is critical in delivering HOPEs mission as it enables the level of stakeholder engagement and ‘public licence’ to operate, required for HOPE to operate. The team supports HOPE Executive and Managers through strategic leadership and operational support for; marketing, media engagement, progressing Hope’s social policy agenda, communications and stakeholder engagement. Through the application of marketing, communications and brand management skills, assist senior Brand and Communications team members and HOPE managers to; implement various marketing, communications, stakeholder engagement and social policy initiatives. About you: Certificate 3 in marketing, communications and/or brand management or, equivalent capability from lived experience. 3-5 years experience in communications and or brand management. High degree of digital competence. Desirable criteria: Higher vocational or degree qualification in marketing, communications and or brand management. Experience in the community services sector. Event management experience. Appointments will be subject to Australian residency/visa, satisfactory National Police check (within 3 months), Working With Children card, Current C or A class driver's license, First Aid Certificate, and suitable work referees.
