About the Role We’re seeking a HubSpot Coordinator to take ownership of the platform’s performance across marketing, sales, and customer experience functions. This is a hands-on, technically confident role where you’ll ensure HubSpot is clean, connected, and consistently driving results. From building workflows to designing dashboards, managing integrations to training teams—you’ll be the internal go-to expert, empowering teams to use HubSpot to its full potential. Key Responsibilities Maintain CRM data integrity through smart segmentation, tagging, and deduplication Build and optimise email marketing workflows, nurture campaigns, and automation journeys Design and deploy forms, landing pages, and CTAs for campaigns and product launches Develop dashboards and reports to track MQLs, sales pipeline, campaign performance and user adoption Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align HubSpot processes with business goals Troubleshoot platform issues and manage integrations with ERP or external tools Train internal stakeholders on HubSpot best practices to drive confident usage Monitor KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements across all HubSpot activity About You You’re someone who thrives on clean systems, clear processes, and measurable impact. You understand how data and automation can unlock commercial outcomes—and you love helping others connect the dots. You’ll be a great fit if you have: 2–4 years’ experience using HubSpot in a professional, ideally B2B or product-based setting Strong skills in CRM management, marketing automation, and data reporting Familiarity with the inbound methodology, lead scoring, and lifecycle marketing Confidence in building integrations and working with digital tools (e.g. CMS, Salesforce, ERP) Excellent communication and training skills—you can support others, not just systems A growth mindset and love for structured, scalable processes Why Join Us?
