Location Tantula Rise is a 120 Bed Residential Aged Care Home located in Alexandra Headland on the Sunshine Coast. The role Ideally suited to passionate individuals with a Certificate III (Individual Support/Aged Care), you will work across a group of residents and their families to ensure they experience exceptional resident care. work as a Personal Care Worker for one shift per fortnight . A frontline advocate for a group of residents. You will take ownership of residents’ wellbeing and care by maintaining a schedule of check-ins to ensure all their needs are met. To be the day-to-day relationship link for families, keeping them up to date with the care and wellbeing needs of the resident. Build strong and inclusive relationships by communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff team members. Requirements Previous experience in Aged Care and a CERT III Aged Care Strong and clear verbal communication skills Intermediate computer skills. Current Flu Vax and Covid vaccination Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent (required) What Can we offer you?
