We pride ourselves on being a one-stop-shop for airport owners and operators – and we're looking for a motivated and professional Business Support Officer – Customer Services to join our high-performing team for a 6-month fixed term contract. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Finance and Shared Services, this role is central to delivering high-quality customer service and administrative support to both our Technical Services team and broader business operations. You'll act as the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries, ensuring a responsive, solution-oriented approach to all interactions. You'll also play a key role in sales order processing and supporting smooth coordination across teams. Key Responsibilities • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and various systems used across the business • Provide professional and timely responses to enquiries, escalating as required • Process sales orders, quotations and invoices with attention to detail • Maintain accurate customer records and assist with account coordination • Support ASIC applicants by handling enquiries and verifying identification • Provide general administrative support including document formatting and scheduling • Assist in processing financial transactions and purchase orders • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service and internal systems What You’ll Bring • Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other systems (Microsoft Dynamics desirable) • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support various business functions • Familiarity with aviation or technical environments is an advantage, but not essential What’s on Offer • 6-month fixed term contract with full-time hours • Diverse role, no 2 days the same • Work in a supportive, fast-paced and dynamic team • Free parking on site at Perth Airport • Exposure to Australia’s aviation and aerodrome industry • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful and impactful airport services Apply Now We’d love to hear from you!
