We work closely with participants who have a wide range of disabilities and psychosocial needs, helping them build independence, wellbeing, and meaningful community connections. Due to continued growth across Queensland, we’re on the lookout for two Support Coordinators to join our expanding team—servicing the Southern Brisbane/Gold Coast region. Why Work with YES Service? Your days will include: Working directly with participants to set and achieve their goals Linking clients with disability and mainstream services Responding calmly and effectively during times of crisis Maintaining accurate and timely records, reports, and progress notes Onboarding new clients and developing tailored coordination plans Building strong local networks with service providers and community supports About You We’re looking for people who are driven, compassionate, and love helping others succeed. You’ll need: A strong understanding of the NDIS High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills Strong admin, documentation, and time management skills Experience managing a caseload in a billable-hours environment A qualification in disability, community services, or relevant lived/professional experience The ability to work independently from home, and as part of a supportive remote team A current driver’s license and willingness to travel within your region You’ll Also Need: NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module Infection Control Certificate 100 Points of ID Proof of right to work in Australia Ready to Join Us?
