This office plays a critical role in providing operational support to our Australian-based business and houses two office locations (within walking distance of each other), supporting large teams across the following functions: Finance & Accounts Payroll, Human Resources & Recruitment Fleet Management IT Marketing This senior leadership position will be responsible for the performance, development, and governance of all Manila-based teams, working in close partnership with our Australian-based leadership and reporting directly to the Group Executive. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all operational functions within the Manila-based international support offices, working in partnership with Australian department leaders to ensure alignment with business priorities and service expectations Oversee the delivery and day-to-day performance of core support functions including finance, administration, recruitment, HR, fleet, IT, sales and marketing, ensuring timely, accurate, and effective support to Australian-based operations Drive operational efficiency by standardising workflows, optimising internal processes, and embedding reporting mechanisms that improve service delivery to Australian departments Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across support teams by setting clear performance expectations aligned with Australian leadership requirements Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards across all Manila-based activities Act as the key operational liaison with Australian-based department heads to maintain strong communication, alignment on deliverables, and responsiveness to evolving business needs Monitor workload distribution, capacity, and performance metrics across teams to ensure resourcing aligns with the needs of Australian stakeholders Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance collaboration between Manila-based teams and their Australian counterparts through systems improvements, automation, and performance efficiencies. Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of Manila-based staff to build capable, efficient teams that deliver consistently to the expectations of Australian department leads and the broader business requirements. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a senior operations or business management role, ideally within a support office or shared services environment Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing multi-disciplinary teams Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment Strong understanding of operational systems, performance measurement, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Six Sigma Confident communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with Australian-based leadership Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Proficiency in operational and business systems beneficial (e.g. NetSuite, HRIS, CRM platforms) Commitment to coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build long-term capability, efficiency and accountability How to Apply: This is a rare opportunity to take the lead in driving operational excellence across a high-performing international support office.
