Due to the continued success of the company, our client are looking to add to the HR & Recruitment team. This role of Recruitment and Mobilisation officer is a pivotal role requires the following duties to be undertaken daily. End to End recruitment Issuing PPE Booking medicals & training Updating internal applicant tracking systems Booking flights and accommodation Prepare and issue HR documents: Letters of Offer, Service Agreements, Position Descriptions. Human Resource management: Employee onboarding, collation of payroll documents, resolving payroll queries, remuneration reviews, employee upskilling Maintaining timely communications with internal and external stakeholders What our client are looking for: Proven experience working in a fast paced recruitment and mobilisation role. Flexibility Strong attention to detail Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements and the Fair Work Act Work collaboratively with Project Management to understand resource requirements and establish future forecasting Support the HSEQ Manager to oversee the WorkCover WA injury management process, return to work plans and assist with employee welfare checks Work collaboratively with Accounts and Payroll Team Assist with Immigration requirements including: visa applications, employment references etc Ability to work in a fast pasted, time sensitive environment What they offer $90,000 - $100,000 base salary plus superannuation. Plus overtime paid on hours over and above 40 hours per week.
