An exciting opportunity has come up for a Project Director to join our Business Integration team. Reporting into the Executive General Manager, the Project Director will be responsible for leading a portfolio of strategic projects aimed at realising revenue growth and operational efficiency synergies across the group. This role ensures alignment with group strategy and corporate objectives, drives cross-functional collaboration, and delivers measurable business outcomes through effective program governance and stakeholder engagement. What You’ll Own: Drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple interrelated projects across the group. Define and track synergy targets, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Build and lead program governance structures, including steering committees and reporting frameworks. Identify and navigate risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across projects. Facilitate collaboration between business units to ensure consistent implementation and knowledge sharing. Oversee change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes and systems. Keep senior leadership regularly updated on program status, risks, and benefits realisation. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. What You Bring: Solid proven experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in multi-entity or group structures. Strong background in business transformation, M&A integration or synergy realisation. Deep understanding of financial modelling, operational efficiency, and performance metrics. Experience working with executive stakeholders and managing complex cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Experience managing a small team and fostering a productive and positive culture. Bonus: Industry experience in transport & logistics is a plus.
