Role Overview: The Head of Systems Engineering, ANZ is a senior leadership role aligned with the sales RVP for ANZ. It is a hybrid role overseeing SE Managers and Individual Contributors, focusing on orchestrating technical resources across the region regardless of reporting lines. This role requires experience in moving upmarket, selling to large organizations, and understanding successful strategies in such environments. You should have led large IT projects, including consulting, pre/post-sales IT services, or design and build projects, and be capable of establishing yourself as a trusted advisor with senior clients. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and leader, capable of motivating teams and working effectively with cross-functional groups. The role focuses on four key outcomes: Grow revenue within the region: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute growth strategies, engage with pre-sales teams, and analyze pipeline and forecasts. Provide organizational leadership: Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team, ensure resource efficiency, mentor team members, and align technical messaging across functions. Develop operational mastery: Understand and leverage sales and team metrics to drive performance and process improvements.
