About the role Reporting to the National Head of Personal and Professional Development ( PPD ) you will be responsible for the co-ordination of curriculum delivery and contributing to the development of the PPD Domain in the School . You will work within a campus-based and cross-campus collaborative team environment to ensure the provision of a high-quality and contemporary teaching and learning, assessment and evaluation program for post-graduate medical students. Key Responsibilities Support the ongoing delivery and development of the curriculum domain in alignment with contemporary pedagogical and programmatic approaches. Contribute to domain-specific orientation sessions, curriculum delivery including teaching in small group tutorials, assessment and evaluation programs and maintenance of updated teaching materials, learning resources and related communications. On the Fremantle campus, co-ordinate face-to-face, online and hybrid teaching session delivery and contribute to the sourcing of expert speakers and session facilitators with support from academic and professional staff. Work closely with a range of internal staff, external professionals, community members and contribute to staff recruitment, briefing, development, training and other related activities as required. Display a scholarly approach to education work to assist with learning design and student outcomes across the MD program. Qualifications, skills & experience Lecturer Level B Medical qualification registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of a relevant professional body OR possession of a PhD OR a Masters level qualification in a relevant field with at least 5 years teaching experience in the Higher Education Sector Fellowship of a relevant professional body and/or significant progress towards and/or equivalent professional expertise in health professions education A Graduate certificate or higher in Health Professions Education and/or similar qualification is desirable Expertise in one or more streams of the Personal and Professional Development domain (see above) Creative problem-solving, critical thinking and demonstrated abilities in transformative and team-based leadership is highly desirable. Senior Lecturer Level C Medical qualification registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of a relevant professional body OR possession of a PhD OR a Masters level qualification in a relevant field with at least 5 years teaching experience in the Higher Education Sector Fellowship of a relevant professional body and/or significant progress towards and/or equivalent professional expertise in health professions education A Graduate certificate or higher in Health Professions Education and/or similar qualification is desirable.
