The Role An exciting new position has opened up as the face of St Lukes! As our Receptionist and Administration Support, you will work closely with our Executive Assistant to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside a wide range of internal stakeholders, undertaking diverse administrative tasks in support of a range of business units, and our Private Health Insurance members. Your day will be varied, and include such duties as: Receiving, sorting and distributing mail Data entry, filing, typing, scanning, copying, etc Processing member related transactions in a timely and efficient manner Arranging travel, accommodation, and catering requirements Maintaining adequate office supplies All other tasks related with general office work Essential Criteria Successful completion of year 12 Relevant work experience in a similar environment Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel Strong communication skills and professional presentation A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
