This program is designed to provide participants with the skills and confidence needed to thrive on site, in their chosen disciplines. Over the course of 4 months, you will receive: A 4-week paid, in-house, accredited training program to develop a solid foundation in your chosen trade, preparing you for on-siteProject-based training on either a FIFO or local project for 3 months, giving you real-world experience whilst earning an incomeSupport and mentoring from on-site and off-site buddies who provide guidance, feedback, and encouragementUpon graduation, ongoing employment opportunities will be offered, with clear paths for career progression Who do we want to hear from? We’re looking for candidates who: Some familiarity with construction or project environments is preferred but not essential: Whether you’ve worked on-site before or have experience in physically demanding roles within similar settings, your background or enthusiasm will help you adapt quickly to the practical demands of the role.Thrive in team settings: You enjoy collaborating with others, communicating openly, and supporting your colleagues to achieve common goals in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.Are committed to long-term employment: You see this traineeship as the first step in building a lasting career in the trades and are ready to invest in your growth and future opportunities.Are able to work extended hours or roster patterns: You understand that construction and project work often involves flexible schedules, including longer shifts and FIFO arrangements, and you’re prepared to manage this as part of your career journey.Can pass a pre-employment medical: You are physically fit and able to meet the health and safety requirements needed to work safely on-site, ensuring you’re ready to take on the challenges of the job.
