This program is designed to provide participants with the skills and confidence needed to thrive on site, in their chosen disciplines. Over the course of 4 months, you will receive: A 4-week paid, in-house, accredited training program to develop a solid foundation in your chosen trade, preparing you for on-siteProject-based training on either a FIFO or local project for 3 months, giving you real-world experience whilst earning an incomeSupport and mentoring from on-site and off-site buddies who provide guidance, feedback, and encouragementUpon graduation, ongoing employment opportunities will be offered, with clear paths for career progression Who do we want to hear from?
