Your responsibilities will include: As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organisation. Undertake Project Management tasking to fully complete flow down deliverables in line with scope, duration and budget in support of the Strategic Partner Services (SPS) Contract Your key responsibilities will include: Project Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Establish project goals, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and stakeholder expectations. Resource Allocation & Budgeting : Optimise resource allocation and manage project budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and financial accountability. Monitor and control project expenditures, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and implementing efficient resource management strategies. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, devising contingency plans and risk management strategies to safeguard project success. Implement robust risk management practices to proactively address potential challenges and ensure timely project delivery. Stakeholder Management : Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and synergy among diverse teams. Communicate project status, milestones, and achievements with clarity and transparency, ensuring all relevant parties are well-informed. Reporting & Communication: Prepare comprehensive project reports, progress updates, and presentations for senior leadership, stakeholders, and the broader organization. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making.
