Overview… We are searching for an eager Expert Care Support Officer to be an integral part of our leading landlord insurance business. As EBM RentCover’s Expert Care Support Officer, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our vision of being recognised and respected as the industry’s best. How will you do this? Well, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service and expert insurance solutions to many landlords and property managers, while also providing administrative support to the Expert Care team. Ultimately, you’ll play a key role in representing and promoting the RentCover brand. A snapshot of some of your responsibilities: Provide a positive client experience via phone and email, aiming to resolve enquiries at the first interaction (we’ll give you all the information you need to confidently respond to client questions). If an enquiry requires processing, accurately complete the task. This may include handling certificates of currency, cancellations, new business applications, or policy changes (full training will be provided). Offer accurate and timely administrative support to the Expert Care team to help things run smoothly. Sounds good! What skills do I need? To be honest, we are not looking for any specific experience. You don’t need to have a resume which lists thousands of different past jobs. All we ask is that you are passionate about delivering top-quality service to clients. If you’re someone who pays attention to the details, manages your time well, and has strong basic comprehension skills, we think you’ll shine in this role.
