We are seeking a Customer Service Officer & All-Rounder who is enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our guests. About the Role: As a Customer Service Officer & All-Rounder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by managing inquiries, bookings, and onsite requests. You will be the face of the Holiday Park, providing a warm welcome and ensuring our guests have everything they need for a memorable stay. In addition to customer service duties, you will also support the cleaning team with their tasks and assist with grounds and maintenance activities to ensure the park remains in pristine condition. Located just an hour from Adelaide and a half-day’s drive from Melbourne, it is the ultimate motorsport destination. The Bend features a variety of motorsport disciplines, all accessible through one gate. From internationally recognized circuit racing for cars and motorcycles to Australia's exclusive purpose-built drift circuit, CIK-FIA standard karting circuit, rallycross circuit, and international Group 1 Dragway, The Bend offers an all-encompassing motorsport experience. With state-of-the-art driver training facilities, vehicle testing amenities, a 4WD terrain park, and a rally/off-road facility, The Bend stands as a world-class motorsport venue. What will you be responsible for? Providing a welcoming reception for all guests, handling inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and resolving guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Managing the reservation system, processing check-ins and check-outs, and handling payment transactions. Monitoring park facilities, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with event coordination. Supporting the housekeeping team with cleaning duties, ensuring accommodation and common areas are maintained to the highest standards. Assisting with basic grounds and maintenance tasks, including general cleaning, garden upkeep, and presentation duties. Maintaining accurate guest records, preparing daily reports, and assisting with marketing initiatives and social media updates. Working closely with other team members across the Motorsport Park, providing assistance and training as required. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry. Previous Holiday Park experience desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure. Familiarity with booking and reservation systems; experience with NewBook, RMS, CRM systems or similar guest/customer management platforms. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products. Ability to multitask, prioritise duties, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical capability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as required. Basic understanding of marketing and social media platforms. A positive attitude, a collaborative team spirit, and a willingness to assist across various operational areas.
