Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, the role will have you delivering excellent service to our customers, over the phone, face to face. and on line, ensuring that our loyal customers receive the products they need to continue to fulfill their travelling goals. About You: As a key customer service representative, you will be maintaining our high standards of delivery. You will" Interact with our customers over the phone and email managing requests and queries and following through. follow up on orders and deliveries Able to follow instructions and positively welcome feedback.
